Non-Emergency Care
Online booking is for routine, non-emergency dental care only. If you are experiencing pain, swelling, trauma, or another urgent concern, call 713-662-3322. In a medical emergency, dial 911.

Appointment Requests vs. Confirmed Times
Online requests are reviewed during business hours. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by phone, text, or email from our office. Reminder: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a $100 hygiene fee or a $300/hour fee for reserved doctor time.

What to Bring

• Photo ID and insurance (if applicable)

• Current medication list and medical history updates

• Any X-rays or records if referred

Arrival Window
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and to complete the forms. We may need to reschedule arrivals more than 10 minutes past the appointment start time.

Rescheduling
You can reschedule by calling us during business hours or using the link in your confirmation messages (when available).

Insurance & Estimates
Any insurance estimate is not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for any balance not covered by your plan.

Minors
A parent or legal guardian must accompany patients under 18 unless we have written consent on file.
